6. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule your order with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time without penalty.
• Cancellations or rescheduling after the start time may incur a fee.
• We review refund requests and may issue refunds at our discretion, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.

7. Delivery

We will deliver all project files to the email address you provide within the agreed timeframe. Delays may occur due to incomplete information or special requests, which can extend the delivery time.
